"poetry about eating kiwi’s with the skin on"

I wonder if it's the first time in the history of the world that poetry has been written about this specific topic 🤔

I would like to think some ancient Greeks (Greece produces a ton of kiwis), or perhaps Chilean poets, dabbled in artistic praise of the fruit... but no evidence of it to my knowledge!

Thanks for reading :).

I had to look it up because I seemed to remember something about it.. apparently Kiwis are from China and didn't make it out of there much before the early 1900s (first to new zealand), so the ancient greeks probably didn't know about them!

Very cool, poor Socrates didn't know what he was missing!

I've never tried anything besides the "fuzzy" kiwi, have you? There are so many species 😳.
